Techpack-Cosmetech Mably International (CMI), New York, NY, recently launched a new initiative to offer a full service option to customers. Executives said start-to-finish projects are possible due to the company’s global sales office operations and networks with Asian manufacturers. Additionally, Techpack-CMI offers research assistance in trend identification and color palette development. As a result, Sharon Garment, previously the vice president of Estée Lauder’s worldwide product development has been named senior vice president.
